After finally deciding which skin I wanted, purchasing was a breeze. I did have a couple issues with installation, nothing to do with theme, but help was immediate in taking care of it.
Of course then I wanted to make changes and Nicholas went above and beyond the call of duty to help me even though he did not have to. As big of a challenge as I was, he was nothing but professional. This is what customer service is all about and PurevB has it hands down!
I am very grateful to Nicholas for his help and will have no problem buying from them again or recommending PurevB to everyone. Take the chance, it's worth it!

Just made first purchase from the PureVB folks and both Adam and Nicholas answered my questions within minutes and Adam even stopped to look at my site to help resolve and issue with an unrelated product ibProArcade and reconciled a css class that made the arcade look like it was supposed to. I just went through a major update on my vBulletin boards, from 3.6.x to 4.1.5 and was stuck with their default style since I really could not find a good replacement for the 3.6.x Black/Gold. Purcachse was simple, fast, and installation was a breeze. When I wanted to change the logo header a bit PurevB support was crazy fast and went beyond simple question/answering in their forums - Nicholas and Adam were "Johnny on the Spot"!
