Thread: Full width image for header

How do I add a full-width header image? I can design all day long but my skills within vB are pooh! I assume it needs to go into the header div (maybe the page wrapper?) but I' not for sure. Attached is what I'm trying to accomplish. It can either be full-width or centered within 990px page wrap.
