Thread: What's the Next Step?

I purchased the Chit Chat skin and paid extra to have it installed by your team and to have my logo installed on the banner at the top. But when I go into the Customer Area, I see no place to initiate this process. What do I need to do? This is all I see in the Customer Area:

You are using a proxy which disables your download. Please do not use a proxy when visiting the site or it will disable your download once again. Please let me know when you have visited the site without using a proxy so I can enable your download.

Once this happens, you will need to follow the steps to download your purchased theme before we can install anything. Once you have done this, email myself nicholas@purevb.com with your web hosting FTP username & password & your forums admin username & password.
