Thread: Post Sale Question - Dev Install?

Our new site is being developed on a separate server than my production environment since I have live sites on the production server. Is it possible to install he skin for development purposes, then uninstall and re-install in a production environment when we're ready to go LIVE?

Nicholas, we're struggling to get the skin to work as we had hoped. I'm thinking we may need to the custom route. How do I get a quote for a custom skin? In short, we're effectively trying to simplify vBulletin dramatically. We won't be using most of the features that it has, we want a fairly simple forum.

Sure, our standard custom skin starts at $999 and goes up from there based on weather or not you want your custom skin to be fixed & fluid or just one or the other. Weather or not you want multiple colors, a custom logo etc. If all you want is just a custom theme, then the base price would be as stated $999

We've developed a design in a PSD, can I send it to someone for a quote?

I'm sorry but we do not handle just coding jobs. We are not a .PSD to vB service provider. I do believe there is someone who runs a website that does just what you want though. I believe they are using the website PSDtovB - vBulletin Skin Coding
